I read it myself and reply in writing within one working day. If it looks like a good fit, we'll book a short intro call of around 20 minutes. If it doesn't, I'll say so and suggest an alternative.
Sometimes, yes. A smaller budget usually works best as a one off project rather than a monthly plan, such as a Setup package covering your strategy, website or a photo shoot. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll give you an honest view of what it can achieve.
