Built around your business

No templates. Your plan comes from your customers, your competitors and what you want to achieve.

Clear priorities

You'll know what to do first, what can wait and what isn't worth your money.

Plain English, no waffle

A plan you can read in one sitting and actually use, not a 60 page deck that sits in a drawer.

Real world experience

Backed by 13+ years of running campaigns, managing budgets and launching brands, including in tightly regulated industries.

What can I offer

A clearer marketing strategy not waffle

Many businesses are busy with marketing but unsure if any of it is working. A good strategy fixes that. It shows you who you're talking to, what to say, where to say it and how to measure the result. Whether you're starting from scratch, planning a launch or trying to work out why growth has stalled, I'll help you find the gaps others miss and turn them into a plan. Here's what I can offer.

01

Marketing audit of your website, social channels, advertising and current results

02

Customer research to understand who buys, why they buy and what holds them back

03

Competitor and market analysis to spot opportunities and where you can stand out

04

Brand positioning and messaging, so you know exactly how to describe what you do

05

Goal setting, with clear targets and the numbers that show progress

06

Channel planning, covering where to spend your time and money across social, search, email and paid ads

07

A prioritised action plan with timelines, budget guidance and who does what

08

Launch and campaign planning for new products, services, events or rebrands

Timings are a guide and depend on the size of the project.

What it looks like

Week 1

A relaxed call to understand your business, what's working, what isn't and where you want to get to.

Week 1-2

I review your current marketing, dig into your customers and competitors, and look at the numbers you already have.

Week 2-3

I pull the research together into clear findings, showing where the gaps are and where your effort will pay off most.

Week 3

I turn those findings into a practical plan with goals, priorities, channels, budgets and a timeline.

Week 3-4

We go through it together. You ask questions, challenge anything you're not sure about, and I refine it until it feels right.

Week 4

You receive the final plan and a walkthrough. From there you can run with it yourself, or I can help put it into action.

Common questions about marketing strategy and planning

Q.01

Do I really need a marketing strategy?

If you're spending time or money on marketing and can't say clearly what it's achieving, then yes. A strategy shows you where to focus and where you're wasting effort, which usually saves more than it costs.

Q.02

What if I can't afford to do everything in the plan?

That's very common, and the plan is designed for it. Everything is prioritised, so you'll know what to do first, what can wait and what isn't worth doing, and you can start small and build up.

Q.03

Will you carry out the plan, or do I?

Either. You can take the plan and run with it yourself or with your team, or I can help put it into action through ongoing marketing support. There's no obligation to do the second.

Q.04

I already have someone doing my marketing. Is this still useful?

Often it is. A fresh pair of eyes can spot gaps and set priorities that are hard to see from the inside. I'm happy to work alongside your existing team and share findings with them.

Not sure where your marketing should be going?

Tell me about your business and where you're stuck, and I'll give you an honest view on where to start.
